Significant for my teaching is …
… paying attention to one's own body on stage, feeling it, and ultimately presenting it too. Through dance theatre, partnering and improvisation, attention is directed towards oneself, others and the space in order to subsequently be able to follow and explore one's own impulses. All senses are utilised with the aim of allowing the different elements to communicate with one another and ultimately connect. Dance is also understood here as a journey of self-discovery.
